Welcome! This app should be used for a few minutes every day to track your daily habits and to-do list.
You will ALSO be building a team and saving Habit Kingdom!
Habit Kingdom is a UK based Indie game designed to help with regular, and often monotomous tasks. The game allows you to set tasks for yourself, and upon completion, you perform either an attack or progress by one hatching stage when hatching an egg.
Here you can find everything you need to know about playing the game to get you on your way.
Hearts are an in game currency used to either heal a monster or level them up.
Heart Generation:
Hearts are generated within towns you have saved. Once you have saved a town it will produce hearts for you daily. However, the longer your daily streak (the amount of days you have played Habit Kingdom successively) the bigger your town will grow and the more hearts it can produce. To collect hearts simply press on the heart icon above the town if availible. There are items in the game which help you collect hearts much faster once you've saved enough towns!
Eggs can be found at random upon saving a town.
Hatching:
You may choose to spend a magic star in order to begin the hatching process. After the hatching process has begun you will be given objectives to fulfil in order to hatch the egg.
You may need to complete three regular tasks, or to complete one one-off task, or some combination of the two depending on the strength of the monster inside.
After the first task is completed the egg will crack, revealing the element of the monster inside.
Colour:
The colour of the eggs does not relate to the type of monster hatched.
Magic Stars are the premium currency of the game.
How to get Magic Stars:
Magic Stars can be gained either through completing achievements (to see press 'me' then select 'stats' and press '->' to go on to page 2). Another way to collect magic stars is to complete league of nations tasks, unique tasks assigned to you once you have reached a certain level.
Spending:
You may use Magic stars to hatch monster eggs, level up your character or to buy cosmetic items from shopkeeps you save from rampaging monsters. Spend them wisely however as they are very rare!
Buying magic stars:
If you have run out of magic stars and wish to buy some equipment or hatch an egg do not worry! You can buy magic stars through the shop.
If a monster has been damaged in battle select the 'team' icon in the top right hand side of the screen. From there you should see a list of your monsters and if injured, you will see a heal icon below the injured monsters name. The higher the level the more health it has, however it will also take more points of damage so will require more hearts to heal.
If you collect enough xp through battles your character may level up. The level of your character corresponds to the maximum level of your monsters. If, for instance, your character levels up to level 10, then your level 9 monster will be able to level up. The level up icon will replace the heal icon in this situation. A monster must be at maxium health before being levelled up.
When adding tasks you can choose to make it a one-off task or a regular task. One-off tasks disappear once you finish them, while regular tasks reappear each day. The sort priority determines where in the task menu the selected task appears, if it has low priority the task will show up at the bottom of the task list, and the opposite is true with high priority.
